Alpha Net serves on the Residential VPS Automation Features to manage the Client Control Panel:
Step 1: Accessing Your VPS Control Panel
- Login: Visit the Alpha Net Client Area at https://portal.alpha.net.bd/
- Credentials: Log in with your verified email and password.
Step 2: After Login, you will directly see the Dashboard and the Residential VPS Service Details.
Step 3: Navigate: From the Dashboard, select the 'Residential VPS' tab under the 'Services' Menu. Now, click on any active VPS Tab on the marked option (Basic RDP or VPS 5087*** - 76.234.110.***), and then you will see the service details page.
Step 4: Automation Features - VPS Controls Panel
On the Services Tab, you will see the Action Buttons on the Server details page, like Stop, Reboot, Reinstall, Cancel VPS, etc.
Step 5: By clicking on the Status Running button, you can start and stop your VPS. Or, you can click on the "Stop VPS" button.
=> After clicking the 'Start VPS' to bring it back online.
=> Reboot: Click the 'Reboot' button to perform an immediate system restart.
=> Reboot in Progress: After a while, the Reboot process will be completed.
Step 6: Reinstall OS: Click the 'Reinstall OS' button.
=> Configure: Select your desired template (e.g., Windows 10 Pro) and click 'Re-Install VPS'.
=> The process takes several minutes to rebuild the Instance.
=> Refresh/Reload the page after 2-3 minutes (approx). Once the status returns to 'Running', it's ready.
Step 7: Password Management
Update: Click the 'Change Password' button.
=> In the new Change Password section, type the new secure password, and hit the Change Password button again.
=> Please wait for a few seconds, and your login password will be changed. Then, try to connect your VPS with an updated Password.
Step 8: Billing and Invoices
=> To view your invoices, log in to your client area, go to Billing, and select Invoices to see your invoice list and payment status.
